What is Lucie Schrimpf artistic journey ?

Lucie Schrimpf has been a creative since she could talk. As her mother was an artist too, she taught her to paint her first china plate at 7. Then she developed her imagination through calligraphy, origami, drawing and above all painting. As an adult, she created illustrations for children and has been dreaming to become a full-time artist.

She realized at a point she blossoms when creating unique pieces with oils. Her paintings are vibrants and has an neo-impressionistic style thanks to her finger painting technique. She paints recently with her fingers only, without any brushes.  Lucie’s inspiration comes from nature, literature, that she likes to mix with a touch of fantasy.

She lives in France, near Paris and paints every day.

" Beautifully painted, the pictures were realist in size and effect, I recommend ! "
